Creative Ground

When we are most alive is when we are most creative.  Workplaces intent on harnessing the collective creative power of the individuals who work there have every incentive to intentionally become “more alive.” Like any change we seek outside us, it starts inside us.  When we start to ask questions about what makes us feel most alive, and examine the actions we take based on our answers, we will begin to understand our innate creative instincts as well as how to use them to create innovation and dynamic growth in ourselves and the worlds in which we operate.
