Who holds the vision in your organization?

The vision of an organization, public, private or non-profit, is the essential catalyst for all subsequent action.  A vision often starts with one or two people, and is implemented on its ability to recruit others who adhere to it.  Our future is about finding a collective vision.  When visions are crafted across larger, diverse groups, it’s like giving an organization multiple doses of jet fuel.  Organizations can no longer afford narrow leadership roles.  Our future depends on everyone creating the vision as well as the measurable outcomes that tell us when we have arrived.
