Creative Ground’s mission is to facilitate transformation in individuals and organizations through creative practice and accelerate their highest potential.  Creative practice focuses on 8 core habits of mind that fully integrate the two hemispheres of the brain so we can learn how “be in our excellence” and pursue our deepest purpose.

We start by understanding where clients are stuck and what’s keeping them from seeing an expanded perspective and imagining a more compelling vision.  Then we design a learning journey for everyone involved to build their skills and fluency in creative practice.  The objective is to turn rigid organizations into adaptive organisms with enough  life force to successfully navigate and survive increasing chaos and change.
